AskTheConsole provides AI-powered SEO analysis and insights based on Google Search Console data. Our service includes:

• Integration with Google Search Console API
• AI-powered analysis of your website's search performance
• Actionable SEO recommendations and insights
• Data visualization and reporting tools
• Chat-based interface for querying your SEO data

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our service, you must:

• Create an account through our authentication provider (Clerk)
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Authorize access to your Google Search Console data
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Transmit or create content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Resell, redistribute, or white-label the service without explicit permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

Our service operates on a subscription basis:

• Payments are processed by Polar who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means Polar handles billing, payment support, and refunds on our behalf.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase
• Usage limits apply based on your subscription plan

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for all subscription purchases, in line with consumer protection laws:

• Refunds must be requested within 14 days of the initial purchase
• Refunds apply only to the first payment of a new subscription
• Renewal payments are not eligible for refunds
• To cancel your subscription or request a refund, contact us at support@asktheconsole.com or use Polar's customer support
• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
• Your account access will be terminated upon refund approval

7. Data and Privacy

Regarding your data:

• You retain ownership of your Google Search Console data
• We process your data only as described in our Privacy Policy
• You grant us permission to process your data to provide our services
• You can revoke access and delete your data at any time
• We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data

8. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AskTheConsole. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Third-Party Integrations

Our service integrates with third-party services including Google Search Console, OpenAI, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskTheConsole shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by applicable local laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts.
